Position Overview

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you'll work across all RIBA stages on notable residential and mixed-use projects. You'll contribute to design development, prepare technical drawings and planning documentation, and collaborate with the design team to develop and present design proposals. This role offers direct involvement in project coordination, site visits and surveys, giving you comprehensive experience in architectural practice whilst working within a practice known for minimalist elegance and meticulous attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development and technical detailing across all RIBA stages

  • Prepare planning and construction drawings and relevant project documentation

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and present design proposals

  • Assist with site visits, surveys and project coordination activities

  • Maintain awareness of current building regulations and industry standards

  • Support the team in delivering high-quality architectural solutions


Requirements

  • Part II Architectural Assistant qualification

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Experience working on larger scheme residential and mixed-use projects

  • Strong design and detailing skills with understanding of minimalist aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Commitment to continuous professional development
